As you may have read recently in the press, we have acquired a brilliant company out of Copenhagen: Mojn. Mojn brings to the LiveIntent platform great technology right in the sweet spot of people-based marketing: it offers the ability to map intent data to our platform to allow brands and advertisers to reach their customers with more relevant marketing and adverting. Just as importantly, Mojn’s people are world-renowned for their acumen in our industry. We are bringing on more talent to help brands find a smarter way to market and advertise to people, not pixels.
These are exciting times for the industry. Mojn is bringing to us its signature innovation, The No Identity Graph. The Identity Graph is the concept that’s driving the leaders in people-based marketing, with companies like Oracle, Twitter, Facebook, and AOL/Verizon, to name a few, blazing the path. Identity Graphs refer to the means by which a platform recognizes a user across devices in order to serve the same person consistent marketing irrespective of device. This practice normally relies on PII, but LiveIntent’s implementation of the No Identity Graph means LiveIntent will not collect or use PII to execute marketing on behalf of their brands.
The Mojn team of engineering and data scientists will remain headquartered in Copenhagen. Mojn’s sales and business development team is based in London and will join our growing team in London.

It’s a very exciting time for us. In the past few months, we’ve closed a growth round of funding led by FTV, integrated with major Marketing Clouds likes Salesforce, acquired innovative technology, and have been named the Second Fastest Growing Company in NYC by Crain’s, for the second year in a row. As we close out 2015, I couldn’t be more thrilled about the progress we’ve made and I’m beyond excited for what 2016 will bring.
