While we’re a global company, our main offices have been in NYC (where we’ve consecutively been named the second fastest growing company in the City) since our inception. True, we have domestic outposts in Detroit, Chicago, Austin and international offices in London, Berlin and Copenhagen. But still, there is something very New York about LiveIntent. Perhaps that explains why meetings here sometimes feel like a contest to see who can talk over each other the quickest.
But, for the first time ever, we’re opening up an LA outpost. And in no small part is that because we found the perfect person to lead it, the esteemed Chad Beasley.
Chad is a veteran of our space, coming to us most recently after launching the advanced advertising division for Delivery Agent in 2014. This division focused on supplying multi-channel rich advertising solutions to clients and agency partners across the country, across platforms including Smart-TV’s, connected devices and gaming consoles. It’s here where we see a match made in heaven: How do you unite the disparate devices, platforms, channels and browsers he vowed to serve? With Identity. With email at our core, Chad finally gets the Identity to tie marketing together.
Chad has launched West Coast Offices before, including with Dealer.com (later acquired by DealerTrack, and then Cox Automotive) He grew Dealer.com’s West Coast presence from 1 to 103 employees and oversaw all operations and departments for the company on the West Coast, including sales, marketing, account management, engineering, advertising, product development, strategic partnerships and culture.
Prior to Dealer.com, Chad spent over 5 years at Jumpstart Automotive Group (acquired by Hachette Filipacchi Media, and then Hearst Media) as Vice President of Sales & Marketing. He represented a diverse audience of in-market car shoppers and influencers across multiple automotive websites. Here, too, he opened the LA office for Jumpstart, leading the sales team and marketing efforts to all OEM’s and their agencies on the West Coast.
Our platform has been bringing on more and more large clients, many of which include automotive brands. Many of these automotive brands and their agencies are based in Los Angeles, where Chad will open the outpost. We’re opening up this Los Angeles outpost for the same reason we do so much at LiveIntent: to serve our clients. We’re bringing on board industry-revered thought leadership. After all, Chad is the co-founder of ThinkLA Interactive, a nonprofit, mutual benefit trade association born to promote Los Angeles as a world center of creative thinking and innovation in marketing and media. He also speaks at iMedia events, the JDPower Automotive Roundtable, the Annenberg School of Communications at USC and at the Newhouse School of Communications at Syracuse University.
