LiveIntent’s 2023 Company Values

 

Company Values are a direct reflection of who a company is and what the company represents. Values help to define the culture of how our employees work together and interact with our customers, partners, and vendors. As LiveIntent’s business, offerings, and priorities continuously evolve, so do our values. Last week, our updated Company Values were rolled out, check them out below along with what they mean to us:

Put People First

We encourage each other and ourselves to be our best. We care about and support our customers and their customers. We celebrate our successes and provide constructive feedback to help each other grow.

Put People First has been a LiveIntent value since 2018 and we’ve decided to keep this value. Why? We believe that our people and our clients are our greatest assets. Without our teams we wouldn’t be able to provide exceptional products and services. We strive to create an environment where people are valued, feel supported, and are encouraged to provide their best.

Argue and Commit

We challenge the status quo and propose data-driven alternatives by complaining with solutions. Once we make a decision, we commit wholly to deliver.

Although this value is new, the phrase “complain with solutions” has been around the physical and virtual LiveIntent hallways for years. The word “argue” represents challenging the “norm” – we are encouraging our employees to bring new and effective solutions or optimizations to each other and our partners. By encouraging data-driven constructive debates and discussions, it enables us to solve problems and/or inefficiencies more holistically. Then once a way forward has been determined, we must commit to our alignment to each other as this is the key to delivering and achieving our goals, together.

Evolve to Solve

We continuously adapt our products, go-to-market and practices. We do what’s right, not what’s easiest. We understand it’s evolution or extinction.

This is another value we kept! This value is especially important in our ever-changing industry. Evolution requires us to step out of our comfort zone and take calculated risks. Ultimately, our ability to adapt is crucial to our long-term success as a business which leads to better and stronger outcomes for our customers and partners.

One Company, One Goal

We win or lose together. We understand our business, industry, and vision for success. We collaborate effectively and efficiently to make our vision a reality.

We are excited to introduce this as a new value for LiveIntent. Although each person brings their own unique abilities and set of skills to the table, we know we’re at our best when we come together to achieve success. With this value, we aim to bring cohesiveness to each other, our customers, and our partners.
